We ship every order from our warehouse in Chestnut Ridge, New York. All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

Delivery times start from the ship date, not the order date. Times may vary depending on your location and weather conditions. East Coast orders typically arrive on the faster end of each estimate since we ship from New York.
Our Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders through UPS. Each shipment includes full tracking so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. UPS delivers Monday through Saturday in most areas.
For multi-pair orders, we may ship your shoes in separate boxes. Each box gets its own tracking number, and you will receive a tracking email for every package in your order.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons like back-to-school (August through September), holiday shopping (November through December), and communion and prom season (March through May), processing may take an extra business day during high-volume periods.
What to Expect After Ordering
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation right after you place your order with a summary of your items and order number.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your UPS tracking number.
- Delivery Updates: Click the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates on your package location and estimated delivery date.
- Delivery Confirmation: UPS will leave your package at your door unless a signature is required. You will get a final email when delivery is complete.
Packaging
Every pair of shoes ships in its original branded shoe box, placed inside a plain brown outer shipping box for protection. We do not print prices or product details on the outside of the package, so gifts arrive without spoiling the surprise.
If you are ordering multiple pairs, each pair ships in its own shoe box. We combine them into as few shipping boxes as possible to keep your delivery simple.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 1 to 3 extra business days and may have an additional shipping charge depending on the carrier rate.
P.O. Boxes
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a street address when placing your order. If you only have a P.O. Box, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping reach and hope to serve international customers in the future. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
